We had an excellent experience with Property Doctor, specifically Jorge and Ricardo. We hired them to regrout and recaulk our showers, which had cracking/missing grout. The space is tight and the tiles are small, but everything looks perfect. The entire process went very smoothly!

I just had Groutsmith come and deep clean and regrout my kitchen floor and mudroom which was about 1000 Square feet. They did a phenomenal job and it looks amazing. The technicians were very polite, neat and clean and took a lot of pride in their work. I met the owner 2x as she came out initially to quote the job and then again to see how the progress was going. Very highly recommend and I am beyond picky. Like Over the Top :)

We hired Property Doctor to clean and seal tile and grout that spans the entire 1st floor of our home based on the reviews of others. They met our expectation in every way, the estimate process, cost, the workers they sent, the care that they took moving our furniture, the knowledge and competence of the workers and most of all the end result which was well worth the money spent. Property Doctor was outstanding from start to finish. Mary Ann and Margaret helped walk me through the process, and they helped me find the right materials for my tub/shower tile replacement. Their quote was more than 40% less than my local contractor (and Property Doctor's quote turned out to be EXACTLY the price they billed). Jorge, the gentleman who did the work, was on time, professional, personable, experienced, honest and thorough. The job was done just when they said it would be (6-7 hours, versus three days for my contractor) and for the same price they initially offered. Property Doctor will be on my very short list for any tile work in the future. They should be yours too.

Property Doctor responded right away to my call and pleasantly set up an appointment to look at the scope of work - 2 tub/showers with a variety of needs of resurfacing, grouting and caulking. Other companies did not offer all three services meaning I would have to find another contractor to do the additional work. Still, Property Doctor came in at lower price than the others. Workers were prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly, and we are very pleased with our like-new tub/showers. Our 1960's bathroom was completely transformed from top to bottom and we are so happy with what Property Doctor did. Everything was smooth and timely. Mary Ann was responsive and fair from initial visit to finish. She helped with any questions we had and made suggestions when I was lost. They did electrical and plumbing and resurfaced our tub and all wall tile, installed vanity, toilet, vinyl tile floor and finally painted. EXCELLENT work! Retiled and regrouted a 30-year-old shower and replaced the sliding doors with semi-frameless (among many other jobs). Shower looks like new. Very impressed with the workers' work ethic.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms for less than half the cost of TV advertised tub/shower replacement companies we got estimates from. Very happy with everything. The tub, showers and tile were a resurfaced, walls ceiling painted, toilets and cabinets installed, and floors tiled.

Servicer came on time for quote and provided comps with photos. Contractor did an excellent job refinishing tub and toilet caulk as well as freshening tile. Only issue was with the jobber platform (another toilet was added only as possible charge, which was confusing) but office called me and we dealt with that quickly. I didn't get other quotes so unclear if this is the best price, but they were so reliable it was worth it to me not to get multiple quotes and call around. Very happy with this company and I would use them again.

Have used this company on 2 occasions. Each time the owner came out to look at the issue and gave me an estimate. On one occasion the estimate turned out to be higher than their actual cost and they gave me a reduction on the bill. A very good company which I have recommended to others in my community.

I had my bathtub -- almost 100 years old -- reglazed this summer and it now looks brand-new. The difference is amazing! Price was fair, as far as I can tell, although i didn't really do any comparison shopping because I wanted to use this company based on the referral I received from my real estate agent.
